Graham Doyle runs The Irish Experience, based on the Hook Peninsula in Co. Wexford. He got there via New Zealand, Kerry, Scotland and the US to start running kayaking and adventure tours. This is his story.
The Irish Experience provides Irish tours, with local guides, from their base on the Hook Peninsula in Co. Wexford, the cornerstone of Ireland's Ancient East.
Founder Graham Doyle started college age 17, swapped Multimedia for a world of travel and work in the southern hemisphere.
Coming home to Ireland, he moved into the world of adventure tourism, beginning with a return to college in Tralee as a mature student. For his college placement, he set up his own company, and the rest is history. These days his bookings are coming months in advance and his sea kayaking adventures are drawing customers from all over the country.
